HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Take a look at our vehicle parts, fill in our contact us form or email us at johnbuilt@outlook.co.nz with what you want to order. Please also include your name, a preferred contact phone number and delivery address. We'll reply and let you know payment amount including shipping.
PAYMENT
We believe in getting what you pay for and our prices reflect that.
All prices are inclusive of GST.
We accept bank deposit and cash on pick up.
Please deposit payment including shipping into the bank details below. Please use your name as reference.

WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
Currently we only ship within New Zealand however we are happy to ship Internationally. Please get in contact with us to arrange.
CAN I BE INCLUDED IN YOUR RESTORATION BLOG?
Absolutely. Whether you're at the beginning, middle or end of your project, if you've purchased any of our items we want to include you. Send us your photos and details of your restoration to johnbuilt@outlook.co.nz.
SHIPPING
Prior to items being shipped, we ensure that they are packed so they arrive just as good as when they left us.
Some items are different in size and shape so it is hard to determine how much this will cost. Before any payment or deposit is made to us, we will provide you with the total cost including shipping to your chosen delivery address.
In all cases we always opt for a 'signature required' unless otherwise stated.
Rural delivery available in most places.
CAN I PICK UP MY ITEMS?
Yes. Let us know when you make your order and we'll get it ready for collection.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
You are responsible for making the correct identification and selection of your vehicle model (including year and variant details if appropriate). Older vehicles may have undergone modifications over their life and incorrect parts may be fitted. Without this information we can only go by the original specification for the model/year/variant. There can be a difference between the registered year of the vehicle and the actual model year – particularly around model change years. If you are uncertain you should contact us to discuss. Any parts you order that turn out to be incorrect for your vehicle can be exchanged or a full refund will be provided. Vehicle parts must be returned in original condition. All costs associated with making the exchange/return will be yours.
PRIVACY
We only collect your name, contact phone number, email and delivery address in order to fulfil the purchase of goods or service.
